Booking Policies:

~ No Refunds. If you are not happy with your service please state so at the time of service.

~No additional guest are allowed. This includes children. Unless discussed with owner.

~ 50% Non-Refundable Booking Deposit. Deposit may be paid via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Venmo, & Zelle.

~ Remaining balance is to be paid at completion of service. 

~ Please Note: I do not send appointment reminders. However, when you book your appointment you will get an appointment confirmation and can add it to your phone calendar for reminders.

~ No appointment is set until deposit is received.

~ Deposit is used towards service unless service is cancelled. Please see cancellation notes for more details.

~Please arrive on time. Appointment is cancelled and deposit is lost if you are more than 15 minutes late. In addition a 50% late fee is applied and must be paid before rescheduling an appointment. 

~ Appointments may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to appointment time. Paid deposit will be credited to 1 future appointment. Cancellations made under 48 hours deposit is lost and may not be used toward next appointment. Reschedule must be within 30 days. Deposit can only be reused once. In addition a 50% late cancellation fee may be applied and will be charged to card on file. If no card is on file, fee must be paid before resetting an appointment. 

~ Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. Paid deposit will go towards next set appointment. Next appointment must be within 30 days. Rescheduled appointments under 24 hours deposit is lost and may not be used towards future appointments. In addition a 50% late cancellation fee may be applied and will be charged to card on file. if no card is on file, fee must be paid before resetting an appointment.

   How to prepare for your appointment:

                                  Waxing:

~Please make sure to be clean/fresh on arrival for your appointment. 

~ Please do not use lotion/moisturizer or deodorant the area to be waxed. This makes the skin to oily for the wax to stick to and does not  produce good waxing results.

~Please make sure to exfoliate at least 24 hours prior to appointment. This helps to loosen the skin and makes for better waxing.

~Please DO NOT SHAVE the area for 4 weeks prior to appointment. Removing shaved hairs with wax is difficult. Wax can not stick to hair that is too short. Remember hair needs to be at least 0.3 inch long. Please also note, when going to waxing from shaving every hair will not always come up on the first visit. 

~ It is important to make sure you wax every 4 weeks! This is important to remember to get hair growing back at the same time as it makes for a cleaner wax.

~ Waxing is uncomfortable. However, making sure you properly care for your skin in between waxing will make a world of difference. In addition, breathing techniques will be given for added comfort.

~ It is important to remember to exfoliate at least 3 times a week and moisturize daily. If you are using a shower based exfoliant it is important to note that these are designed for daily use. 

~ You can get waxed on your period. Please just remember you must be wearing a tampon at the time of service. Tampons are not provided.

~ You may still get waxed while pregnant. 

~ Please do not use any numbing cream. This will interfere with the way the wax adheres to the hairs and may cause hair breaking. In addition this may also cause the wax not to remove all hairs. 

                                    Nails:

~No take off of any kind. 

~Please moisturize your cuticles.

~Please do not soak nails in water. Gloves should be used when hands must be submerged in water for long periods of time.

~ No severely damaged or bitten nails will be serviced. In addition, nails with open wounds will not be serviced. 

~ Nail service guaranteed for 48 hours after service.
